Parking Ordinance
Parking on the street in Campbell Creek is regulated by Knox County Ordinance. Please be advised that you can receive a ticket, or possibly have your vehicle towed at your expense. For a link to the Knox County Parking Ordinance click the link below.
School Bus Stops
All school buses stop at the corner of Hillman and Edison.

The pick-up times for the year are:

Hardin Valley Elementary School pick up time: 6:39 a.m.

Hardin Valley Academy pick up time: 7:44 a.m.

Hardin Valley Middle School pick up time: 7:44 a.m.

Pet Ordinance
Campbell Creek residents are asked to follow the Knox County Pet Ordinance. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets are not permitted to roam free, this includes cats. A link to the full ordinance is provided below.

Fencing Requirements
The following aspects of fencing have been adopted by the HOA to promote continuity in the neighborhood while avoiding overly restrictive requirements. Fencing:

must be constructed of wood.

If the property backs up to the creek, that one side may be made of decorative iron.

must be a minimum of 5 ft. tall at the lowest point.

must be a privacy style, not spaced out pickets.

Note; there are several aspects to consider when choosing your fence including the contractor, using footings or not, wood type, design, whether you can tie into a neighbor's or if you need to run another side due to an easement or neighbor's desire.

All fencing still requires review by the Architectural Review Committee per the restrictions at the top of the page.

Waste and Recycling
We have partnered with Waste Connections Inc. to provide the community with a rate and service agreement. Each owner can contact Waste Connections and establish service based on the details in the link below.
