Effective January 1, 2018 Fennell Property Management will be handling the daily administration and dues collection for Campbell Creek HOA.
Current HOA dues are $200 annually and are due by January 31st of the current year. Invoices are mailed out during the first week of January. Accounts not paid by February 28th will incur a $25 late fee per month until paid, and possibly be placed with the HOA's attorney for collection, resulting in additional fees.

The Campbell Creek HOA dues go towards a number of expenses such as landscaping, utilities, liability insurance and general upkeep of the neighborhood.
